I haven't received a tracking number yet
Orders ship within 24 hours, and your tracking email usually arrives within 1–2 business days of ordering. Check your spam folder first — if it's not there,contact uswith your order number and we'll send it right over.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days
That's normal while your package moves between carriers — updates can pause for 2–3 days during transit. If it hasn't moved in more than 5 business days,reach outand we'll look into it for you.
I lost my tracking number
No problem.Send us a messagewith the order number from your confirmation email (or just the name and email you ordered with) and we'll resend your tracking link.
